Important Policy Information

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Logica Sport / De Rosa does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on bike frames or complete bikes, as all frames are specifically produced and reserved for your order.

Our Policy

All De Rosa bike frames and complete bikes are made to order specifically for you. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately to ensure you receive your custom bicycle as quickly as possible.

Because each frame is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept:

  • Cancellations after order placement
  • Returns of bike frames or complete bikes
  • Exchanges for different models or specifications

Order Modifications

Any modifications requested after your order is placed are subject to Logica Sport's approval. Modifications may not be possible once production has begun.

If you need to request a modification, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Warranty Coverage

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, all De Rosa frames are covered by our comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately.
